University of Hartford Women’s Basketball – University of Hartford at Vermont

BURLINGTON-  The Hartford women's basketball team won a defensive battle over Vermont, 38-36, to extend it's win streak to 10 straight games.
 
The Hawks were led by senior Diana Delva, who scored a game high 20 points, including the game winning layup with under 3 seconds left.  Freshman Ruthanne Doherty also chipped in with 13 rebounds.
 
With the win, Hartford improved to 17-3 overall, including an unbeaten mark of 8-0 in America East play.
