2010 CIAC Class S State High School Softball Championship – St. Bernard vs. Terryville

STRATFORD- The Terryville Kangaroos made school history by capturing their first state softball title with a 2-0 win over St. Bernard in the Class S final.

Terryville was led by pitcher Beth Grimes, who pitched a complete game shutout for the win for Terryville.  Grimes just allowed 17 runs all year for the Kangaroos.

Terryville finishes the season with an overall record of 19-1.
