2010 CIAC Class M Girl’s State High School Basketball Championship – Kolbe Cathedral vs. Brookfield

UNCASVILLE- The Kolbe Cathedral Cougars used a stifling defense and timely offense to knock off Brookfield and win the Class M State Championship, 64-50.

Kolbe senior Tiarrah Thompson finished with a game high 21 points and 15 rebounds, 10 of which were on the offensive end.

Jaimie Bickelhaupt led the Bobcats with 16 points in a losing effort.

For Kolbe Head Coach Lisa Hodges, the win gives her 6 state championships in the last 10 years.
